Cocina Norte brings open fire catering and private chef services to your table, rooted in Hawai'i and local ingredients, crafted around every detail of your event, and traveling to tables across Maui and beyond.

It begins with respect for the land and the people who tend it. Marina works closely with Hawai‘i farmers, ranchers, and producers, allowing each menu to be guided by what’s fresh, in season, and grown close to home.
