Food has always been my love language, and my 14 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry in conjunction with my time studying Holistic Nutrition has brought me here. “Absolutely amazing! Fresh local food! Will definitely be booking her again.

She was our private chef for a bachelorette party. It was a coursed dinner with speciality cocktails. We were at a remote destination and when we arrived we could smell the delicious food from when we stepped out of our car! And our cocktails and pupus were waiting for us, beautifully set up.

Our pupu was a farmers market veggie platter with whipped feta and beet hummus. The presentation was gorgeous! First course was local oyster mushrooms and ricotta crostini with spicy honey. Love the combo! Nice toasted garlicky crostini! Second course was Okoa farms radish and citrus carpaccio with toasted pistachios. I don’t care for nuts of any kine, but I couldn’t not put my fork down! I ate the entire plate! The flaky salt and evoo sent this dish over the top with the crunchy radishes. Third course was a local garden salad. Her homemade croutons was… the right amount crisp and garlic! Fourth course was a spicy miso carbonara. Delicious! Always love a good carb! Our main was wine braised short ribs & parsnip parmigiana purée . Now my mouth is watering just thinking about it! It had perfect flavor and fell right off the bone. This course was my fav of the night. And lastly we had a lavender vanilla cake for dessert!

She killed it! From the drinks to the presentation to the flavors. My friends and I can’t stop raving about her and the food!

Not to mention, Marina is a darling. She was very easy was to work with, had great communication skills, thoroughly explained every course and made sure we understood the food and process. Our bride was vegan so she was able to work with us and accommodate us to specific likes and dietary restrictions. She exceeded all expectations!”
