I created Cocina Norte out of a lifelong love for cooking and the joy that comes from sharing good food. I grew up in a family where eating well wasn’t just a lifestyle—it was a way to care for ourselves and each other. With athletes, coaches, and strong role models all around me, I learned early on how food fuels the body, supports longevity, and brings people together.
Cooking has always been my love language. I’ve spent years cooking for others—teaching friends how to eat well, be adventurous with flavor, and enjoy food that feels both nourishing and exciting.
I’ve explored different cooking techniques by learning from others, experimenting in my own kitchen, and staying endlessly curious. Lately, I’ve been drawn to open-fire cooking—something that’s challenged and grounded me in beautiful ways. I’m always learning, evolving, and finding joy in deepening my craft.
My mission is simple: to bring nourishment, ease, and joy to your table, so you have more time to do what you love.
